I’m writing with a profound sense of unease and frustration. I’ve been living with a chronic condition I’ve been struggling to understand for more than a year now, and it is still an UNDIAGNOSED condition.
I’ve been meticulously trying to manage it, but it has consistently been brushed aside by the NHS and pathologised from the start without any proper investigation.
The reality is, my health isn’t fully understood, and this deliberate lack of diagnostic attention is deeply concerning.
I designed this device as a potential tool to proactively address this unknown challenge as i have been refused at every turn for an MRI to investigate the root of the problem, but the subsequent dismissive response from the NHS – repeatedly postponing a proper assessment – has been utterly unacceptable.
It feels like a calculated strategy, deliberately shielding itself from genuine patient care. I’ve spent over a year now battling these injuries, and the current system has failed to offer the support I desperately need.
I now believe this device represents a vital opportunity to directly investigate this undiagnosed condition.
The fact that it was submitted to the NHS only to be ignored – and subsequently, dismissed – is profoundly unsettling. I feel compelled to share this with the wider community, hoping to highlight this crucial oversight and encourage a system that prioritises proactive investigation.
I’m committed to advocating for a system that genuinely addresses patient needs, and I believe this situation underscores a significant flaw in how we approach complex health conditions.
